Three years of investigation and judicial reviews into the death of Tanisha Anderson ended Friday when a Cuyahoga County grand jury declined to bring criminal charges against Cleveland police officers who handcuffed her and let her lie on the ground shortly before she died.
The grand jury on Friday issued no-bills on all criminal charges that could have been filed against Cleveland police officers Scott Aldridge, 49, and Bryan Myers, 33.

The death of his uncle led Jamie Gardiner on a journey from Blackburn to central London. Alongside three relatives, he joined around 200 other bereaved friends and family for the annual United Friends and Families Campaign (UFFC) march on Saturday 29 October.
Established in 1997, the UFFC is a coalition of those affected by deaths in police, prison and psychiatric custody.
Mr Gardiner wore a white t-shirt bearing an image of his uncle John Gardiner, who died after being arrested by Lancashire Police on May 10 1996.

Three police officers told repeated lies about a cloth being placed over the head of a mental health patient who later died, a court has heard.
Kingsley Burrell died aged 29, four days after being detained by police.
Jurors heard the men may have “put their heads together” and agreed to lie after the death in March 2011.
Paul Adey, 36, Mark Fannon, 45, and Paul Greenfield, 50, are on trial at Birmingham Crown Court, and deny charges of perjury.
